what transmission/transfer case do you have? 

the t-case attached to the R150 5spd found in v6 toyota pickups isn't a forward shift.

The MC10 is designed for this transmission/transfercase combo.  It uses a gear driven crawl box, and then the MC10 mates the crawl box to the chain drive t-case. 

Its a great setup, I really like it, and it has a lower ratio than two stock gear drive t-cases.
