you would be surprised how much enrgy a swarming tire can generate
i blew a cap off (and btw that looks like a recap, or a bridgestone/firestone ) a recap on my bigrig one time, it was on the trailer on the outside , when it blew it ripped the freekin bottom 2 door hinges off, leaving the door flopping
it was a mess 
not to mention the 2x2x.250 angle iron mudflap bracket and the 3x8x.120 rear bumper
That happened to me too on the rear inside dual, it actually broke the rear springs.
