That SUCKS! Any chance the consignment place had insurance that would cover it?
No, I guess I should have said "triple whammy." The consignment agreement also stated that the vehicle had to have it's own coverage and that Play Toys had no liability for theft.
Moral of the story: After reading the agreement, check with your insurance about coverage before signing it and placing your vehicle with anyone.
