maybe a dumb question, but how does this kit affect the pinion angle for both front and rear?

In the front we recommend you cut and turn the knuckles or install a high pinion 3rd member.
In the rear we recommend you cut the rear perches off, rotate the pinion so it points at the tcase, weld on new perches and install a CV on the tcase end of the drive shaft.
