sorry to go against everyones opinion but i say go flat bed, you aren't doing much with you bed. Just put detachable side rails on to stash your decoys and what not. then put a tool box on it. for what your doing it'll work. don't shorten the cab. you know that there is practically no room in your truck and your a bigger guy.
