They are basically the same to build. Do you have a family? Having 4 seats in a capable rig is awesome sometimes. Are looking to build something hardcore with an exo cage? 90's runners have a ton of sheet metal. You really have to ask yourself what you want to do with the rig. I have a 94 built runner that I love for I use it for. Sometimes I wish I had beat up single cab with a full exo though so I had to option to run lines like the sluice box without destroying my rig if I wanted to.
