Never thought I would see myself in this thread.... 
We went floating yesterday...stopped by the river to grill some lunch...Long story short....I pulled a geriatric manuveur and had the truck in reverse when I thought it was in drive.....ended up here...
I think the fact you got stuck is the least of your worries if your getting confused with drive and reverse...
maybe next time save yourself the embarrassment and
