Ceramic and copper clutches are horrible "long term" clutches.  From my personal experience with both in daily drivers I've had in the past, they'll begin to slip after a while, oil leak or not.  Yes, they'll also beat the hell out of your pressure plate and flywheel. 

My advice would be to ditch that ceramic turd and get a nice organic disc.  And fix your oil leak.  :)
