umm am lost, putting a hole in the stock air filter? is that what you mean, its plastic, i was thinking of just using the snorkel tube to connect it to where the stock tube went, and throw away the stock enclosed filter and tube,
then use some type of filter on the top of the snorkel, like you said cone one.


Hold on a sec, I will make a diagram. This is for a 22re, right? If not I don't think this idea will work.
