hey mwm. glad to know i'm not the only one on here who has a prius.
i get constant 45-48 mpg depending on how i drive. and im real
proud to say i bought it wrecked- repaired it myself (cept for paint)
and have just a little more than 10 grand in it. it drives just as good
as a new car.
 and as far as being green minded, the family owned plumbing business
i work for has 4 civic hybrids and 3 prius. we do commercial work only
and our work is up to one hour from the office. the guys take supplys
once a week in regular plumbing vans, the rest of the week they drive
hybrids. saves us a ton on fuel cost.
 btw the hondas are avg 42-45 mpg the toys 45-48.
