Assuming you have a 5 speed in it already, be warned the 22r trans will not hold up to the 3.4 or 4.3.  For the 3.4 swap, finding a wrecked Tacoma would be the best option.  Use the Tacoma tranny and a Marlin adapter to a gear driven toyota t-case.
