I figured since I worked all through the night and didn't have to go to work again till 2am I would see about putting up a fence to block the A hole neighbors view.
I found out that I can't have a fence in front of the house, but the guy at the city hall said they don't regulate landscaping.
So,
I am putting in these monster shrubs. They where the biggest I could buy.
Now my back says it's had enough, I hope I can work tonight.
