For $350.00 it's a smokin deal.  you can replace the lights/wiring, the brakes, and bearings for about $100.00 so don't let any of that stuff scare you away.   The cost of steel is so high nowadays it makes new trailers cost a fortune.
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE
AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE.

IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU HAVE AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.
