With some slight modifications to the intake I have been running a Rochester 2bbl without problems. I did have to weld up and redrill 2 of the mounting holes and bore the intake out for the larger butterflys. This was definately not a bolt on mod but it has worked very well and rebuild kits for it are cheap.
