That is a flat center wheel as used on Rockwells, Unimogs, Militaries, etc....  Read what Stockton wheels says about them.

Aside from the fact that they don't offer that wheel in the Toyota bolt pattern a flat center wheel will not bolt to a Toyota hub because of the caliper.
