Just got done yanking the 3rd. The passenger side splines are not connected to the spider gears. I can spin the pinion and the splines don't move. If I move the splines the spider gears don't move.
I don't know anything about these things and have never seen an exploded view. Are the splines supposed to be in 2 pieces? Like an inner (connected to the spider gears) and an outer that just floats?
Something must be missing in there or broken? Is it possible this would not have been caught during R&P setup?
