I started with the Northwest mounts then had to mod new lower mounts (with the Northwest ones you have to use a 3 + body lift). Worth it since I used the upper half.
 On the wiring, think from the point of the efi system has nothing to do rest of the truck and treat them as two things that need to come together at few points (body,lights,fuel pump etc...).
 On the MPG , I do not know, the sending unit was toast (I need one). The thing had been sitting a long time because of the 3.0 motor deal. I have a stock 86 runner for the DD.
