when you operate the carburetor the first throttle plate to open is the primary side.  looking at the picture it's the left side. it should run fine with those main jets. and your idle jets should be fine too as long as the are clean. pull them out of the holders and look down the center. should be a clean round hole there.  do you know what size you air jets are? they are on the top, don't mix them up, pull them out and make sure the emulsion tubes below them are also clean.
