Good business sense is to treat the guy who just bought 1 lug nut from you exactly the same as you would the flatt biller who just pulled out in his 83 cutlass with new 26s!
Point being, they should treat you with the respect that you're a customer, period! They don't need bad pr, and at this point they're getting it. This thread as been viewed 393 times thus far, and if it continues it'll be viewed much more. What happens when you google a business and find threads like this relating bad experiences? Does it turn you off of that business? If the person seems legit and aren't just bitchin, then yea, but I always try and read through the bs too. Just my
