Boy I am sure glad that I dont know that much about nissans eheheheheh

man this topic to this thread is attracting some views. Got 16 guests in here right now!

Nissan makes some good power plants. In the 80's they had a hemi head 4cyl that ran 8 plugs. My Wife had a 82 200SX with that motor LOL That throws off them VatoZone boys.

Me: I need plugs, wires and cap for 82 200 SX

Dork:  How many cylinder?

Me: 4

Dork: They hand you 4 plugs

Me: I need 8 plugs and 8 wires

Dork: You said it was a 4 cylinder.
The computer doesn't show a 8 cyl.

Me: Yep it is a 4 cylinder. It uses 8 plugs.

Dork: blank stare doesn't know if your pulling their leg or for real grasping for help from stupid computer. Mental break down. Goes and cires to manager that I'm messing with them.

Manager (equally dumb): knows how to read the part that specs 8 plugs and special order wires.

the distributor cap had 8 connections. They T and fire two at a time.  :hahaha:

My 92 Nissan truck was pretty good little truck. I would say it was on Par with Toyota.  I liked the pre hard body trucks. They were nice little rides. One of my RC buddies had one. Looked pretty good and nice interrior.
