not to freak anyone out. but the shift forks on the r trannys are aluminum. instead of bending they get chewed up and brake when things go wrong with them. the collars are steel and will eat the forks without even hardly wearing if the shift is forced to much. the forks are only held on the shift shaft with a single 6mm bolt.
