my friends found out that my 84 with manual locks are really easy to unlock. all you do is stick a coat hanger down in between the weatherstriiping and the window and turn it towards the lock and pull up. once you feel it pull and the tab thing moves up you know it's in the right place. i had moved thier backpack and so they moved my truck out to the back of the parking lot. we all had a good laugh and notified me that i needed new locks or something. you could put electronic locks in or i found out that you can unscrew the little pull tab so that it's just the rod sticking up but that's a pain in the butt to pull up and would hurt if you pushed down on it.
