So FSM states to run Atf instead of actual power steering fluid?

I usually run PSF, but when im in a bind ive topped it off with atf...

The cooler can off of a ford car at the new Pull A Part yard in the next town. Does not matter what size or shape they have set prices for all parts. The cooler is a aftermarket one they sell at the parts store for about $30.00.At the yard they sell for $9.00
I'm happy with the deal.
