Wow..I've never heard any thing bad said about the Bilsteins, and I used to have Ranchos without the adjustability and thought they were way to stiff on the road.  Charles at Alcan recommended (kind of insisted) that I run Bilsteins with the springs he made for me.  My lift is 3" springs and 1" shackle for a total of 4", maybe that will take out some of the wiggle.  How about a sway bar?  I haven't seen much work done to add them back in after a SAS or Cross Over steering setup on solid axle rigs like mine.  Would you say the DD ride is nicer with the Bilsteins under normal (unloaded/non-highway) cruising?  I'll send you a PM with shipping address and can send shipping cost via Pay-Pal if you don't mind sending them.  I've got a Flat Piman arm for sale from TG that I plan to return (brand new), but they do charge 20% for restocking.  I would sell it for $55 plus shipping (only weights 2 lbs) instead of sending it back.
