OK so where is the small hole in the tire in relation to the big blowout in the rim? When you say dead center does that mean the small hole in the tire is dead center in relation to the big hole in the rim? If that's the case I'd have to go with Glen's theory. I don't know how a bullet would be able to go perfectly straight into a moving tire and come out at the exact same angle in the rim. We need the Myth Busters guys!
