If somebody comes in with an obvious frivelous or trumped up lawsuit they'd be taken out, dumped in the pit and left to rott with all the other drains on society. I can see it now, some judge in his robes, raising his foot and kicking someone in the chest, screaming "This, is STUPID!!"
