i suppose I should probably post up my junk as well.. although some of it is torn apart getting rebuilt...

we will start with this one.. Fj- Rankenstein
I have owned this truck for almost 10 years now and it has seen many many changes....
here are a few old vids made with my old camera..

specs were:
-started life as an fj40.
-frame stretched 14 inches.
-old tub junked for aqualu 45 cab.
-had 2 spare 45 boxes, hardtops, etc.plenty of parts tochose from. bobbed feet off of both end to come up with a 4 foot box..
-4x4 labs steering with gm 1 ton tie rod ends
-smurfed birfs
-cut and turned axles
-volvo york compressor o.b.a. with 8 gallon reserve tank under bed.. air couplers front and rear..
-2f with 330000 kms on the clock
-spring over on bagged springs
-saginaw pump and box steering
-seats from a 90s toyota pickup
-tj flares for rear
-38.5 boggers on 15 inch rims
-welded rear
-warn/bellview 8000 lbs winch  (before warn took over completely..)

I blew the headgasket over a year ago and am in the process of rebuilding right now...  I also bent my frame 3 years ago really bad doing dumb things so this entire body is all going onto a bj-60 frame... it will be getting a 3b diesel (that will eventually get turbocharged..) to hf55 5 speed/toybox/splitcase tcase..  its also getting 4.88s  with an arb up front and an aussie locker in the rear.. the steering is now going to bj60 box with the saginaw pump... tires are getting changed to 37 toyos on 17 inch rockcrawler rims... and finally going to bj-60 axles that are getting widened 3 inches with all the goodies like longs, arp studs, etc...

next is startrek... yeah I know, dumb name but it came with "startrek" brandname tires and the name kinda stuck I guess...

specs are:
-24 volt electrics
-3b toyota diesel/4 speed/ splitcase tcase..
-sprung over on bagged out leafs
-aqualu steering arm
-24 volt warn m8000 style winch
-rust rust and more rust
-currently out of service and in line behind 2 other trucks to get turned into a buggy... this will be an all toyota buggy that will run the original drivetrain with a toybox..
here are some pics from the last run...

next will be my 77 fj45
-all stock....  2f/4 speed/stock tcase
-warn 8274 winch

this one is kind of neat... I bought it from an original owner who has a buffalo ranch about an hour away... he put it in the paper for 3 weeks and didnt get a single call....I happened to be recycling some old newspapers and just by fluke had the auto classifieds open to that specific add from a paper from a week prior... the thing was is that i didnt even see that add till that moment... thinking that it had probably sold, I let it go for a month or so and then just out of the blue called one day to see if he had it... turned out i was the first caller!!!  when i went to go check it out it was in fair shape but its what it came with that sealed the deal for me... it came with 2 extra boxes, 4 doors, 2 windshield frames complete with glass, 4 tailgates, 2 spare hardtops, an almost new 2f engine, and piles of interior bits, extra lights, etc......  i wont say waht i paid for it

this is the best pic i have of it right now..... I would like to restore it but it probably will end up just getting sold if I cant get to it...

and finally the newest cruiser....

1985 bj-74
-13bt turbo diesel with 163000kms on the clock
-5speed with splitcase
-fully loaded
-factory pto winch
-fully removable hardtop and fold down windshield
-right hand drive
-33inch bfg's

this is an awsome truck.... I can easilly keep 125 km/hr on the highway and purrs like a diesel should... its strange driving a stock landcruiser that actually has a lot of get up and go!!!!
