just for note, i want to add yup it was the second time that tiger attacked someone, but who is to say it wasn't the fault of the tiger? also if it were a pitbull they would have put it down after the first incident... why was this tiger not put down before? raises another good question

:pokinit: happens when you decide to keep a huge beast caged up and make it fit a schedule of feeding... it attacked a zookeeper a year ago
