I know dont if your talking about the same thing but Ibe broken my skidplate b4 too....I actually had to get a "new" one because I dint even notice when I lost the original
the way it happend with me was that I was doing some hills and went over one that ripped a screw so it was hanging and with out me knowing this I went into reverse and pop thats why if you read my info It says that I now Have my skidplate re-inforced
