Dripping with sarcasm indeed. I work for the government and got a copy of an email that told the managers to remember that the engineering department was "focusing" on hiring female engineers this year. They have quota's to meet even if it means discriminating against white males like myself. I wasn't intending anything personal towards you or your abilities. I thought it interesting that you included the fact that you were a "white male" in your post.
