The problem is it's toxic in the extreme when you apply any solvent to it and the dust is almost as bad.

So you don't unless you have all the gear(think car painting setup with respirator). 

Also, you might try Aircraft Remover. That stuff is nasty too... don't breathe it in!  It softened most everything I've used it on like paint, bondo and epoxy, enough to scrape off.
