well its only thinner is xylol, that might work.
A really hot thiner might also work.
Its oil based thats what makes it hard.
I had to remove some and paint stripper works great one spray or brush over it and five minutes later ready to spray off.

If you got it on your hands Id suggest hot water and Xylol.
