If it's not too boogered up yet you might wanna use a six point impact socket on it with your ratchet or breaker bar. Oh, be sure to use at least 1/2 in dr. and if it's that stuck maybe 3/4 dr will be better. It should pop loose with a bump of the starter and maybe some heat as well. Good luck with that! 
Theres a 6pt socket on there right now and its stuck on there... haha its held on even freeway rpms for the last day. haha.
Im goin to work on it this week sometime. I hate that 4runner.
