my guess is someone put the lugs on finger tight and forgot to tighten them down with the 4way....i've almost forgotten a couple of times...one time i made it halfway up the alley from my garage after i was working on some stuff and i was like ....ummmmm...it feels like i forgot something  :hammer: oh yeaaaaa
