the ttb is pretty capable as far as ifs lifts go, but they are quite expensive for a good kit. the sueprlifts have inherint problems with broken RA mounds... the best kit is a skyjacker class 2 6" for a ranger, but those are sadly no longer available

most people use the D44 from another vehicle instead of the d30 for strength, the explorer is a heavy vehicle, there are many that use the d30 though without problems

some of the threads above are for 95-01 explorers, mechanically, as far as an SAS is concerned, they are the same
