I am sorry you feel the way you do.
Nobody is good at everything. On the phone customer service is not my strong point. Marketing, and organization are. Think of me as the drill sergeant. Jon and I clashed on management style and direction. I personally think AP is suffering as a result of my leaving. I also believe Marlin's success this year is a result of my direction and guidance.
You think AP is 10 times better because I am gone, It's my opinion that AP will soon go the way of the dinosaur.
It will be intresting to see what comes of my move from AP to Marlin
