Stock 22r carb is 326 cfm. You should be ok running up to around 350 cfm 2 bbl with little to no mods, but you need some kinda mods to take advantage of it. I'll have a nice header, bigger cam and hopefully bigger valves in a ported head, so I should be fine with the 390.
