I dont think it would work. I had a friend who fliped his chevy rearend over so he could lower his truck and the truck had 3 speeds in reverse and 1 in forward. It has something to do with the ring gear being on the otherside of the pinion gear changes the rotation. It is hard to explain but I hope you understand what I am saying.
