yea i had a 92 f150 and on the rear tank it would do the same thing, i changed everything but the fuel pump on the rear tank and it still ran crappy but if i switched to the front tank it would run fine so i assume fuel pump was the problem, dont know if that helps any but ill throw it out there anyways

The fuel pump was the first thing I initially said but we tried the cheaper stuff first since I dont have the stuff to test for fuel pressure and all that good stuff.

Good thing I did change all that stuff cause it was pretty bad. I bet this thing will run like a raped ape now (when I fix the pump)
