Q: Why doesn't MC only offer the HD versions? I can't imagine anyone not wanting the better bearings, after all.
When I picked up my HD rebuild kit at Marlins I asked that question and they said it was because the HD bearings make the transmission louder and some people don't want to hear it......... (like you're going to hear it over the tire and exhaust noise)
