yes you can use the brakes off of the 82 but it is really not recomended. the recomended way and the safest way is to use a landcruiser rotor or just buy them new from marlin. you also need steering. either fab your own (not recomended) or buy marlins and bolt it on. and also the 82 axle will work but it is lacking the all important long side that goes all the way to the u-bolts, marlin also has a truss that will fix that. 

the most important thing is research, dont try to tackle something like a SAS when you are not 100% sure about what is needed and why.
