The SAS conversion is really straight forward if you tackle it correctly, you can easily do it over a course of time while your still driving the vehicle. I would recommend that you run sky's hanger. It actually bolts on, then you weld it on which makes it pretty straight forward and hard to screw up. You can actaully do all of this while your still driving the truck, the only hard part is the steering box. You have to change the steering box mount, which really isn't that big of a deal. I would recommend a sandwhich style box mount, like the one marlin sells, move your steering box as far forward as possible. If you have any questions feel free to ask. The solid axel conversion is actually very simple and straight forward.
