as for the noise just weld some small beads on the outside corners of the 2" o.d. tube. just make them small then build them up till it fits snug. oh and i put a zirt fitting in mine, the greese helps to. it'll still vibrate, just cuts down the noise
you can also wrap a few turns of duct tape around the inner tube
that really helped with the clanking, and its cheap and easy
