Eh I don't think it'll be an issue, I've built a few junkyard springs and never had an issue with them trying to spread. The ubolts won't let them go very far anyways.

I thought the same thing, but I found out on the last MCR trip that my bottom leaf will fan just far enough to catch the gas tank skid plate :stopit:
