Eat a bunch of protein...and buy a big ol' jug of whey protein and take it with water....thats what my weight lifting trainer told me back then I was fatter...now Ive gone down 20 pounds...but Im in the process of going down to 200...Im not really fat Im a burly kid....so 230 sounds like a lot but it dont look it
