Man Mikey if the front axle is still good send it my way.....
Lil'swamp, you will want a 84-85 axle because its a bit beafier. I will be trading the axle along with some extra cash to Marlin for an 84-85 front end. I could sell it to you if you really want it, its no real difference to me just as long as I can afford to buy a complete 84-85 axle from Marlin.

Oh man I cant wait till you have this thing done :hyper: How long do you think it will take?

Here are my goals, and I use this to keep me motivated and moving and provides me a target date to get things accomplished:
By July 26th: I want to have the engine and drivetrain installed with at least a rear driveline, and get the truck inspected and passed the smog ref as a 95' T100 spec. I don't want to do anything else to the truck until I get this done. I think this is the very basic and most important thing for me to do right now and I should hold all other projects until I get this done.

Sometime in August: I will drive the truck around with it all 100% stock except for the engine/drivetrain, and while im getting the engine setteled in, I will be preparing both front and rear ends with (hopefully $$$) toy e-locks + 4.88 + shaved drain plugs/clearanced diffs. I want to use the IFS rotors and brake parts to 1) upgrade to vented rotors and 2) I wont have to buy wheel spacers since the IFS-setup spaces it out about 1.75" on each side.

Late August: Hopefully I will finally be starting to work on the truck by this time. I will tear it all down and get the springs installed and the axles. Then I'll get to play with fender clearance issues and everything else. But I hope to do all this all in one shot. Axles, Springs, HySteer, etc. The Crawler will be installed when I do the engine and trans hopefully in a couple of weeks from today, so I think I will be really ready to do some wheeling except for some body armor.

:best:
