I also read where the judge was supposed to have recieved papers regarding her medical condition which he never got. All during the hearing, it was reported, he would look at the clock, state the time and say "I still have not recieved the medical report"



I feel like an ass for paying attention to all this but seeing her go down (and not in a prawn video way) is just too funny not to watch.

They are going to have appeals... if there is a justice in this land, they will not turn around the current ruling. 45 days is not over punishing her, if anything she is still getting off WAY easy!

Any average joe would have been in the slammer on the first offense, and with the repeated offenses would be serving years, instead of days, by now.
