I know they're both R150's but they're not the same. 3.4 tranny has a longer input and bellhousing which could change where my shifters come through, particularly the rear t-case shifter. I don't want to lose my rear heater. The longer bellhousing will also likely change where the t-case mounts up forcing me to modify any bolt on crossmember/skidplate. The clutch release cylinder is on the drivers side on the 3.4 and passenger side on the 3.0. This might allow me to use the factory exhaust crossover from the 3.4 if I can work the intermediate pipe around the front driveshaft. I'm sure there are other differences that I'm not aware of as well. Does anyone with experience with these 2 transmissions and this swap have any suggestions?
