Under the hood, open the black thing near the fender.  Jump the TE1 to E1 with a paperclip.  Turn all things off, put key in ON mode.  Count the number of times the light flashes and look it up as ECU codes/ EFI codes on google.

:yesnod: by black thing he means the diagnostics box (about 1.5" x1") that is next to the engine bay fuse box on the passenger side fender.  :thumbs:
