ummm...wheel bearings maybe? jack it up and see if you can wiggle the tires back and forth...
and what is up with the ubolt on the left side? see how the ones on the right have a lot more threads showing on top and there is a giant gap under the axle tube?? 
that's what happens when you drive like a madman and never check things.
